Partnership with Ford Fund and GlobalGiving
We are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with the Ford Fund, to offer our students at Liverpool Life Sciences UTC and The Studio School an amazing opportunity to engage in project-based learning activities. This collaboration will enable our students to learn from the experts and apply their skills and knowledge to real-world challenges.
Our students will have the chance to work on extended projects (EPQs) that will explore topics such as how to reduce carbon emissions, how to improve public transport systems, how to design accessible vehicles, and how to use data analytics to optimise efficiency and quality. These projects will not only enhance their academic performance, but also develop their creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
We are very grateful to the Ford Fund for supporting us in this initiative and for sharing their expertise and resources with us. We believe that this is a great way to inspire our students and prepare them for their future careers in the rapidly evolving sectors of advanced manufacturing within the city region. We look forward to working with them and seeing the amazing outcomes of our students’ projects.
