We offer travel bursaries to all students who’re commuting long distances each day.

If you’re travelling to the UTC by car, our postcode is L1 0BS, and parking is available free of charge for up to two hours in the streets surrounding the school.

It can get quite busy in the area, due to the high number of businesses nearby, so make sure you allow time for parking. Merseytravel’s journey planner can help you plan an alternative route to the school and can be found here.

Building access

The main entrance to the UTC is located on Greenland Street, and we have wheelchair access throughout the school, with disabled toilet facilities on every floor. There is lift access on every floor, helping students travel throughout the building with ease.
